Artist Biography
Simon Bilodeau was born in Laval, QC, in 1981. He completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in 2006 and since then he has been active in the Québec art scene. Recent solo exhibitions include: Centre Expression (St Hyacinthe, QC, 2011), Art Mûr (Montréal, QC, 2010), Maison de la culture Frontenac (Montreal, QC, 2009), Art Mûr (Montreal, QC, 2009), Galerie verticale (Laval,QC, 2008). He has also participated in numerous group shows including the Musée des beaux arts de Sherbrooke (Montreal, QC, 2012), Maison de la culture Frontenac (Montréal, Qc, 2008), 25e Symposium International d’art contemporain de Baie Saint Paul, QC in 2007.
